The idea is straightforward: give you a drop-in sterilization and heating piece that slips cleanly into biosafety systems—without adding more chemicals to the mix.
Technical Deep-Dive
This lamp runs on 400V at 2500W, packing serious heat density into a small footprint. That power level was chosen for a reason: it cranks out the UVC intensity needed to knock microbes out fast, while staying compact enough to retrofit without headaches. And the 300mm length? That’s just practical. It fits standard sleeve setups and focuses the UVC right where you need it—no wasted space, no awkward geometry.
Material & Design
Quartz is the star here because it can handle high operating temperatures and still let strong UVC through. The halogen fill keeps filament temperature stable, so output stays consistent even when you power on and off again and again. The sleeve coating is built to resist chemicals and handle thermal stress, so it won’t fall apart after repeated cleaning cycles. Then there’s the R7s connector. We chose it on purpose. It gives you a direct, solid electrical connection that installs fast and stays aligned inside the sleeve. Wire it up, seat it right—and it holds its position even with vibration and temperature swings.
